Guided Pathways is ICMA-RC's enhanced retirement planning service which takes into account your personal retirement goals and helps you determine the best path for your journey to a secure retirement. It is offered in addition to the current local ICMA-RC education services.
Getting Started
Planning your retirement journey takes knowledge, time, and resources. Guided Pathways offers all of these, beginning with a customized wealth forecast that shows how likely you are to accumulate the assets you will need for retirement, based on the personal and financial information you provide. Using this wealth forecast, you will receive a savings rate recommendation and can see how changing certain factors can help increase your chances of reaching your retirement income goals.

ICMA-RC uses state-of-the-art planning and investment software powered by Ibbotson Associates*, an industry leader in asset allocation services, to provide the Guided Pathways services. Please check with your Employer or ICMA-RC’s Guided Pathways team in Investor Services to determine if your Plan offers Managed Accounts.
