Enrolling in Your Plan

Enrolling in your plan is easy. The best way to start is to contact your employer directly. They will have enrollment packets that you may use to enroll in your plan. Just follow the directions in the packet. If your plan does not have a full time administrator you may use our form center to download the enrollment packet for your type of plan or contact investor services and they will arrange to send you the right packet.
