Manage Your Account Online with Account Access
With ICMA-RC you have 24/7 access to your account, either online here at www.icmarc.org or over the phone with VantageLine, our automated telephone service.
Getting started online
Use Account Access, ICMA-RC’s secure online resource for managing your account to:
- Check your account balance and personal performance
- Move money from one fund to another or rebalance your account to a set allocation
- Update your address, phone, email and other personal information
All this can be done securely by you from any browser, anywhere, anytime.
To get started, all you need to do is create a password. Here’s what you do:
- Browse to Request an Initial Password
- Fill out the online form with required information and submit.*
- Select a password, include your email address (optional) and submit.
When you’re ready to log in to your account, use your Social Security number or reference code (found on your Welcome Letter) plus your newly created password. That’s all there is to it!
Log on now and begin managing your account online.
*Please note that if you prefer, you can request a password by mail, which you will receive within 10 business days.
